Many of you may be visiting this site to see more about The Fossil Retreat.  Unfortunately, I have had to post-pone the Retreat for an undeterminable amount of time. Sorry for any inconvience our cancellation may have caused.  More fun activities and workshops will be scheduled in the near future.

Over the course of the next few months, and my learning curve of website savvy, this site will experience many wonderful changes and upgrades! Please keep checking back to see what I am up to! I am working to get an office established near my new home location to begin seeing clients again soon. 

I practice intuitive massage and energy work. I specialize in hot/cold stone massage, Swedish, and Etheric healing. I have had training in a variety of techniques such as Manual Lymph Drainage, Reiki, , Hospital massage, Acupressure, Ayurvedic spa practices, Aromatherapy, Stress Management, Chair Massage, Cranial Sacral, and the Berry Method to name a few.  

I am also a writer of observation poetry.  I have had some of my work published in varied periodicals and on the internet.
